Gov. Doug Ducey officially released his budget proposal, and Arizona GOP leaders in the House and Senate followed suit. Even with close margins in both bodies, it doesn’t seem as though Democrats are going to have much input. That’s why political observer Chris Herstam thinks that the governor’s proposal may be a good option for them to support — or at least not be unhappy about.
