Burton Barr Central Library

Burton Barr Central Library reopened in Phoenix on Saturday, June 16. Last July, a pipe burst and flooded the building, causing it to close for nearly a year.

"I actually cried when it happened," Lynn said. "I was real upset and spent a lot of time here and had just been here a few days before it happened. So I just wanted to see how it turned out how it had improved.”
