Lawyers for the Arizona Diamondbacks and the Maricopa County Stadium District will head to court Tuesday morning.

A judge has scheduled a hearing on the district’s motion to dismiss the Diamondbacks’ lawsuit and send the case to arbitration.

The Diamondbacks want a jury to decide if the club should be allowed to explore leaving Chase Field before the lease expires at the end of the 2027 baseball season.
