Governor Jan Brewer has vetoed a bill that would
have removed the age limit of 45 for serving in the state militia. The militia is
a provision in the state constitution, but as Brewer noted in her veto letter,
it has never been established or funded.

The state of Arizona has two of the top ten American electric utilities for production of solar power.The latest ratings from the Solar Electric Power Association show Arizona Public Service producing the fourth-most solar power and Tucson Electric the seventh-most in the country.

a dirt bike hit another vehicle over the weekend in Gilbert. Joaquinn Enriquez
