say they have the blaze about 10 percent contained, at nearly 6,400 acres. Incident commander Tony Sciacca said forecasters are predicting a decline in
wind speeds near the fire, with an increase in humidity.
Arizona Game and Fish Department has captured and relocated a black bear found
up a tree in Sierra Vista,
Friday. Spokesman Mark Hart says the one-year-old male was darted with a
tranquilizer, tagged and taken to a mountain range miles away.
The Department of Public Safety said a wrong-way driver on State Route 51 was probably impaired as he sped north in the southbound lanes in early-morning traffic. "At least 100 mph plus, weaving in and out of traffic and apparently showing no regard for the safety of anybody else on the road," DPS spokesman Bar Graves said.

Bus riders in metro Phoenix will be able to catch their normal
buses Monday and Tuesday. Susan Tierney of Valley Metro said while the bus
operators and the Amalgamated Transit Union have not settled their contract
differences, the buses are running,
“They will run as scheduled today and through Tuesday,”
