decide on four council seats. Voters do not have to wait until Tuesday. On Monday and Tuesday the city will have 18 voting centers open

Former Arizona Governor Janet Napolitano, gave her
farewell speech as Homeland Security Secretary today, praising the department's
response to critical issues during her tenure. But, she ended her address by giving
advice to her successor, saying that security problems will continue,
“Many things still need tending and my successor will
most certainly have a full plate on his or her hands,” Napolitano said.
Millions of Americans are getting health insurance because of the Affordable Care Act. It'll cost you a little more to fill up your gas tank this
weekend. AAA Arizona says gas prices have gone up about a penny on average to
$3.40 a gallon statewide. But, spokeswoman Michelle Donatti says prices will
