A high-end mixed-use project originally known as City North ran into some problems, thanks in part to the deep recession.

Now the location near 56th Street and the 101 is regaining momentum as High Street.

Some of the turnaround is attributed to Sprouts Farmers Markets’ headquarters’ relocation to High Street.
