MARK BRODIE: As we’ve mentioned, it’s Valentine’s Day. But don’t leave our glorious state out — it is also Arizona’s 107th birthday!

LAUREN GILGER: Oh, we heart Statehood Day!

BRODIE: We do. And I’ve got a way to combine both celebrations. I suggest tonight you hang on the couch with your significant other, cuddle and watch some movies that were filmed in Arizona. We’ve got some suggestions.

GILGER: For the couple taking a risk on love, you can always go with the classic "Jerry Maguire." Remember there’s a scene inside Tempe’s Sun Devil Stadium.

BRODIE: For the couple that is expecting, why not learn a little bit about parenthood from "Raising Arizona." That’s got your vista views of Camelback Mountain and the Superstitions throughout the film.

GILGER:And if you’re not looking forward to Valentine’s Day, there is always "Psycho," with the iconic opening shot of the Westward Ho.

BRODIE: Yeah, that’s not romantic at all. No, no, no.

GILGER: No, but perhaps think of it as Arizona’s new, “Sixth C.” "Calamity?"

BRODIE: I'm not sure that's going to catch on.
