Arizona Corporation Commission Gets New Leadership

Commissioner Bob Burns was recently elected chairman of the public utilities panel. With unanimous support from his fellow commissioners, Bob Burns was chosen to take over as chair of the five-person regulatory board.
Burns, a former Arizona Senate president, is in the midst of his second term on the commission, which regulates water and power companies. He’s also been the most vocal critic of APS.
KJZZ’s Will Stone has covered him for years and joined The Show to tell us a little more about the new Corporation Commission chair.
