Arizona is once again staring at a huge budget deficit.

We spoke with Eileen Klein, president of the Arizona Board of Regents and former chief of staff for Gov. Jan Brewer.

In that position and as budget director she got a lot of experience in trying to get the state out of a deep deficit.
