Social media backlash against the National Rifle Association in response to the Parkland, Florida, school shooting on Feb. 14 has led to companies cutting ties with the NRA.

Delta, Hertz and Metlife are among those who have ended discounts for NRA members. One company that partners with the NRA and has announced it won't end its discount program is FedEx.

In response, Changing Hands Bookstore, in Tempe and Phoenix, says it will no longer do business with the shipping company. In a tweet, Changing Hands said it refuses to support companies who support "the most dangerous organization in America."

"It's the least we can do for these brave Parkland kids," the store said in a follow-up tweet, where it said it will return its FedEx equipment in favor of UPS.

FedEx, in a statement, said that despite holding different views than the NRA over gun control, the company won't deny service or discriminate against any legal entity regardless of political views, and that the NRA is one of hundreds of organizations in a program for members to receive shipping discounts.
