About half of Arizona homeowners live in a homeowners association. But, most of us probably don’t realize that an HOA can foreclose on your home if you don’t pay your dues.

Last year, Jessica Boehm and Catherine Reagor at The Arizona Republic found that HOAs are foreclosing on a record number of homeowners. 

Now, one state lawmaker is trying to make it a little easier for HOAs to take the homes of delinquent homeowners.
