Las Vegas Shooting Lawsuits Pile Up
Lawsuits related to the Las Vegas shooting massacre are piling up. This includes 14 lawsuits filed Wednesday and several more filed Monday, the largest on behalf of more than 450 people.
The suits focus on the Mandalay Bay hotel, where the shooter fired into the crowd of concertgoers, as well as the hotel owner, MGM Resorts International.
Also named as defendants are the operators of the concert and the shooter’s estate.
