Unwelcome Spotlight Shining On UA Medical Schools This Year

An unwelcome spotlight has been shining on the University of Arizona’s pair of medical schools through much of 2016.

It’s been related to financial concerns and leadership. And on Thursday, Dr. Joe Garcia, who has been in charge of health sciences at UA, announced that he was stepping down from that post.
