A lot of attention is being paid to presumptive presidential nominee Donald Trump and his potential impact on Republican Party hopes to reclaim the White House. But skepticism about his chances to achieve that is extending elsewhere on the ballot. Could Trump hurt the GOP in congressional races? And could that also go down ballot as far as the legislature?
