Phoenix has been called one of the least sustainable cities in the United States. Water and energy supplies are expected to be challenged further as climate change’s impact is felt.

Attorney and Morrison Institute fellow Grady Gammage believes Phoenix is adaptable and resilient. He wrote about that in his new book, The Future of the Suburban City: Lessons from Sustaining Phoenix.
