Arizona Voters Could Decide Changes To 2 Election-Related Agencies

Two measures working their way through the Arizona Legislature would ask voters to make changes to agencies they’ve previously voted to set up.
One would eliminate the Clean Elections Commission’s rule-making authority; the other would require members of the Independent Redistricting Commission to be elected statewide, rather than appointed as they are now.
