Arizona has made strides recently when it comes to juvenile justice, but some are concerned that new state policies could raise obstacles, those include a measure passed during the last legislative session, SB1478.

A new report has just been completed by Bill Hart of the Morrison Institute at Arizona State University. He spoke about the report "Juvenile Justice in Arizona: The Fiscal Foundations of Effective Policy."

Beth Rosenberg, director of child welfare and juvenile justice at Children’s Action Alliance also spoke about the issue.
