Grand Canyon University’s program to connect entrepreneurs with investors held its first pitch event this week.

Students help vet the companies taking part in the Canyon Angels program. The university is also looking to grow its Phoenix campus, even as it announced earlier this month it would not go forward with plans for one in Mesa. Brian Mueller, president and CEO of Grand Canyon University, explained the program and what led GCU to start Canyon Angels.
