Peixoto Coffee is in downtown Chandler.

We head now to another Valley hot corner, a spot with a lot going on.

 We’re on Arizona Avenue, south of Chandler Boulevard, less than a block from Chandler City Hall, sitting on a couch inside what Peixoto Coffee in downtown Chandler calls its “coffee lounge.”

Kimber Lanning, executive director of Local First Arizona, spoke about the shop.
