The Bureau of Land Management is creating a new hotshot firefighting crew, which will be based in southern Arizona.

The BLM said it’s planning to recruit as many military veterans as possible for the 20-member crew. Adam Milnor, who is a spokesman with the BLM in Tucson, explained the need.
