Failed Republican Senate candidate Blake Masters is back in the political ring. He announced last week that he’s running for Congress — throwing his hat in to replace outgoing Republican Rep. Debbie Lesko, who announced earlier this month that she was sick of the swamp and won’t run again for her seat to represent Peoria and northwest Phoenix.

Masters will go up against another failed 2022 GOP candidate for the nomination: Abe Hamadeh, who already announced he’s running for the seat in Arizona’s CD 8.

There’s just one problem with both of the declared candidates so far: Masters lives in Tucson and Hamadeh lives in Scottsdale.

For more on what that means, The Show turned to regular guest Elvia Díaz, editorial page editor for the Arizona Republic. She was joined by columnist Laurie Roberts, who wrote about all of this in a recent op-ed.
