Complaints about airlines were four times higher last year

We’re all familiar with the headlines of airline meltdown and travel nightmares these days.

Teresa Murray has crunched the numbers — and found out how bad it really is. 

Murray is the consumer watchdog for the U.S. Public Interest Research Group. In their newest report, they found that, despite far fewer flights in 2022, complaints about airlines were four times higher last year. 

Murray joined The Show to talk about it.
