Poll: Most Arizona races too close to call before election
Arizona’s election races are close up and down the ballot, according to the newest and last poll of likely voters before the election from OH Predictive Insights. The firm polled 600 people last week, through calls and texts.
Almost all the polls showed results within the 4% margin of error.
In the U.S. Senate race, Democrat Mark Kelly has a 2 point lead over Republican candidate Blake Masters. Kelly is at 48% while Masters is at 46% of likely voters.
The race for governor is flipped however, as Republican candidate Kari Lake leads Democrat Katie Hobbs with a similar margin, 49% to 47%.
While the Arizona secretary of state race seems to lead more comfortably in Democrat Adrian Fontes’ favor over Republican Mark Finchem by 6 points, 11% of voters are undecided.
However, independents, who have the largest voting block in Maricopa County made up a large portion of those who are undecided and are now leaning toward Fontes.
