Chris Bianco

Chris Bianco is an award-winning pizza chef based in Phoenix. He is well-known for starting Pizzeria Bianco in 1988, which has received national recognition. Now, both he and his restaurant are featured in “Chef’s Table: Pizza” which premiered on Sept. 7.

The series follows six chefs from different regions across the world specializing in pizza-making. The trailer describes Bianco as the “Coltrane of pizza” and demonstrates the chef’s food-making skills.

Pizzeria Bianco currently has two locations in Phoenix and recently opened in Los Angeles.
