Arizona Senate President Karen Fann says there is still no concrete deal on a budget.
While Fann says progress is inching forward, she says partisan disagreements have led to stalled deals.
"We would love for this to be a bipartisan budget to get whatever we need. I will tell you I have some Republican members that said I’m not voting up for any budget a Democrat would vote on. And there may be a couple Democrats that feel the same way, I don’t know," Fann said.
She added one big impasse has been education funding. The deadline for a budget is June 30. If there is no deal reached in time, the state would run out of money.
