When a judge in Maricopa County is investigated for wrongdoing in the courtroom, the complaint is almost always dismissed. And the reasons behind that dismissal remain secret, exempt from public records and open meetings laws.

Those are the findings of recent reporting from ABC15’s Dave Biscobing as he continues his investigations into the judicial branch. 

The Show spoke with him to learn about his findings and about the complaints against a judge that began it all.
