The Arizona Supreme Court recently issued a ruling that made it seem likely that the voter-approved Proposition 208 — Invest in Ed — will never actually be implemented. The measure would increase taxes on wealthy Arizonans to increase funding for K-12 education.
In a column over the weekend, Abe Kwok of the Republic criticized the approach of the people who crafted Proposition 208.
