Waste Management says it employs more than 2,300 people across Arizona.

A survey by the employment website, Monster finds more than 80% of employers plan to hire this year. To attract and keep workers, Waste Management is providing new benefits.

The garbage collection, disposal and recycling company is now offering signing bonuses, flexible schedules and a new education program for employees and their families.
