Cindy McCain: 2020 Election Audit By The Arizona GOP 'Ludicrous'
The wife of late U.S. Sen. John McCain Sunday called the ongoing audit of the 2020 election by the Arizona GOP, "ludicrous."
Speaking on CNN’s "State of the Union, Cindy McCain said, "The election is over. Biden won."
"Listen, this whole thing is ludicrous, quite frankly, it's ludicrous," she continued. "And this also comes from a state party in Arizona that refused to be audited themselves on votes that were cast within their own party communications."
McCain has been vetted for a position in the Biden administration as U.S. ambassador to the United Nations World Food Programme. If nominated, she said she "would be proud and honored to serve."
