Celebrity Rehab Center Sold In Arizona
An Arizona rehabilitation center known for treating famous celebrities has a new owner.
Scottsdale-based STORE Capital paid $27,212,249 for two rehab centers in Wickenburg. The Meadows, which treats a variety of addictions, and Remuda Ranch for anorexia and bulimia share nearly 150 acres.
According to Vizzda commercial real estate database, the 105,599-square-foot property includes multiple structures built in multiple phases.
Both centers will stay in Wickenburg and lease the property located off U.S. 93 until September 30, 2039 with options to extend the lease.
