The Arizona Court of Appeals won’t let a suit over university tuition rates go forward.

On Wednesday, Ron Shoopman told The Show he and his colleagues on the Arizona Board of Regents would hope that would be the end of the lawsuit brought by Attorney General Mark Brnovich, but that’s not likely.

Attorney General Brnovich joined The Show to talk about the decision.
