Mariah Gallegos is a senior at Arizona State University. She is a multimedia journalist studying at the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication. She joined KJZZ as a News Intern for the summer of 2019.

Gallegos was a beat reporter for AZPreps365 and covered Paradise Valley High School sports. She will be joining the Cronkite News team as a beat reporter in the fall.

Gallegos is a native Houstonian but moved to Arizona for school. She’s an avid turophile while also watching and learning everything about skincare.
