 KJZZ and Rio Salado Community College are looking for a mission driven individual who is a visionary early adopter with a track record of innovation and team building skills to serve in the capacity of Executive Director to help create a non-profit youth media enterprise.  The successful candidate will be part of a two person team that will work together to create and manage a progressive curriculum designed to grow the next generation of media professionals. This leader will have great instincts for cultivating talent; connecting with people within established institutions to secure financial, academic or media partnerships. They must understand the day-to-day mechanics of running a media focused entity.
