Will immigration reform, Medicaid funding lead to more compromises?

Several Republican Governors, including Arizona's Jan Brewer, are in favor of expanded Medicaid funding -- even as they continue to oppose the Affordable Care Act. Many Republican members of Congress are also supporting immigration reform.Stan Barnes of Copperstate Consulting and former Arizona Corporation Commission Chair Kris Mayes discuss whether that indicates more Republicans are moderating their views. Barnes and Mayes also consider whether the impact will also be felt at the legislative level in Arizona.
