Arizona lawmakers to consider changes to election system

The Arizona legislature will be looking at proposed changes to the state's election system when their session starts in January.State lawmakers Michele Reagan (R-Scottsdale) and Chad Campbell (D-Phoenix) agree it's important to make those changes in 2013. They also say it's important to approach the issue with an open mind. They discuss some of the problems they hope to address, including deadlines and provisional ballots.
