South Phoenix: "The Forgotten Place"

The South Phoenix area is among the oldest parts of the valley, and has a wealth of rich history...but it's a history that many people don't know about. Some call it the forgotten part of the city, and many residents and advocates think that they often have to fend for themselves rather than rely on Phoenix government. Steve Goldstein profiles the community.
