Can Phoenix change its 'car culture'?

Light rail has expanded transportation options for Valley residents, and it’s also seen as a economic boon for some cities and neighborhoods.

But when people think about how we get around this area, you still hear the phrase ‘car culture.’

We talk with guests Shannon Scutari, President of Scutari and Co., and Taz Loomans, architect and community developer, about solo driving, car pooling, and public transit. We’ll also find out what kind of impact millennials’ lack of enthusiasm for buying cars could have.
