Hearings wrap up on TEP energy efficiency plan

An administrative law judge in Tucson has wrapped up two days of hearings on Tucson Electric Power's proposed energy efficiency plan. KJZZ's Mark Brodie spoke with Jeff Schlegel of the Southwest Energy Efficiency Project about the hearings, and the plan itself.
