Finding Connections Within a City's Directions

For the first time in almost two decades, the Phoenix mayoral election is considered a wide open race, with candidates who come from different regions of the city.

With that in mind, KJZZ is looking to profile the varied regions within Phoenix's city limits. Whomever the new mayor is, he or she will face a city whose residents often have very different goals and priorities than other communities within the city.

To learn more about those goals, KJZZ will look at four distinct parts of Phoenix through the lenses of connectedness and growth.

The series will air on Morning Edition, All Things Considered, and KJZZ's Here and Now during the second week of August.

In advance of that, we want to hear from you! If you live in one of the areas below, click on the link to share your thoughts about the issues that affect your community. We may contact you to be a part of our stories. Let your voice be heard!
