President Obama returns to Arizona to give the commencement speech at ASU Wednesday night. A look at past commencement speeches by the skilled orator shows he uses many different rhetorical devices to inspire and challenge new graduates. the loan mod deal isn't as simple as just just contacting your lender. I have been in contact with my two lenders, Countrywide and Chase, for a numbedr of months and I have been ignored, lied to, put off and denied. I am now hearing that I should not go to a paid 3rd party but with the lenders record with me I had no choice. I am using a company that puts all of my funds into an excrow account and does not get to keep that money unless the mod works. the banks are using Government money and still ripping off the clients.
