Legendary sports broadcaster Al Michaels has a lot of career highlights. He has called multiple Super Bowls, covered the earthquake World Series in the Bay Area in 1989, among others.

But the casual sports fan probably knows his work best from the 1980 Winter Olympics hockey game between the U.S. and the Soviet Union.

We spoke with Michaels about his career and his new autobiography, “You Can’t Make This Up.”

Michaels will be in the Valley over the weekend to call the Arizona Cardinals game against the Seattle Seahawks. Saturday Dec. 20 he will be signing copies of his book "You Can't Make This Up" at Changing Hands bookstore.
