Why North Korean Fishing Boats Are Turning Up Off Japan's Coast

North Korean fishing boats have been turning up off the coast of Japan over the past several months; many of these boats have dead bodies aboard.

To find out what’s going on, The Show's Mark Brodie is joined by George Lopez, professor emeritus of Peace Studies at the Kroc Institute at the University of Notre Dame.

He also served on the U.N. Security Council panel of experts for the sanctions on North Korea from 2010-2011.
