Arizona Town Hall Offers Suggestions On How To Increase K-12 Funding

People on most sides of the debate agree that Arizona needs to increase funding for K-12 education.

But where will that money come from in a state where raising taxes is frowned upon? Participants in the Arizona Town Hall came up with some suggestions, and The Arizona Republic Editorial Board has written about them.

As part of our regular segment about the big issues facing the state and the region featured in the newspaper’s Viewpoints section, Phil Boas, who heads the paper’s Editorial Department, is with me to talk about K-12 funding.
