More families displaced by the Goodwin Fire are returning home as all evacuation orders have been lifted for affected areas. The fire has burned more than 28,000 acres near Prescott.

Firefighters have the blaze at 91 percent containment.

While people are allowed to return home and roads have been reopened, property owners are urged to remain vigilant and monitor fire news.

There is still active fire behavior, particularly in the northern portion of the fire, and conditions can change easily if impacted by high wind events.
