Tyler Kost

Tyler Kost was originally charged with 27 felonies for assaulting the girls aged 12 to 17. Kost was between the ages of 13 and 18 when he committed the alleged acts.

Last month, Kost pleaded guilty to three counts of attempted sexual conduct with a minor and three counts of child abuse.

On Friday, Pinal County Superior Court Judge Kevin White sentenced Kost to three years for each count, but the sentences will run concurrently. The 990 days Kost has already spent in jail will count toward his sentence, leaving him with just over 100 days to serve.

Now 20, Kost will have to register as a sex offender and will be on supervised probation for 15 years.
