A housing discrimination case out of Yuma may be one with a nationwide impact. It involves a dispute including developers and the rezoning of certain areas and neighborhoods for affordable housing. The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals had overturned a lower court’s ruling.

And earlier this month, the U.S. Supreme Court declined a request to rehear the case.
