Arizona State University has adopted a clear bag policy for all of its athletic venues and the measure effects just about everyone, including parents who would otherwise carry a diaper bag.

Each fan is able to bring in one clear bag per person, said Maggie Emmons is a spokeswoman with ASU Athletics

"Hopefully, we are able to have multiple people within the party bring in clear bags that can fit the diapers and the baby supplies that are needed," Emmons said.

Emmons said if someone has a medical necessity where they need to bring in special equipment to call ahead so they can try to accommodate those needs.
