How Arizona, Western States Plan To Deal With Possible Water Shortages

The Southwest drought continues, and its impact is being felt in Lake Mead. The Colorado River reservoir has shrunk to its lowest levels since the completion of Hoover Dam in 1936. The lake is only 37 percent full.
We talked about what that could mean for Arizona and what some Western states are planning to do about it with Dave White, director of the Decision Center for a Desert City at Arizona State University.
