The Phoenix Art Museum is celebrating 50 years of fashion with a new exhibit starting on Saturday showcasing more than 50 pieces from the history of fashion.

Next year, Arizona State University will start offering a degree program in fashion. Both are headed by Dennita Sewell, curator of fashion design at the Phoenix Art Museum.

The exhibit, “Defining Moments: 50 Years of Fashion at Phoenix Art Museum,” runs through August 7.
